Description

You turned on the game and all the levels, characters and outfits you unlocked were gone.


Solution

We have had customers discover that their files have managed to get themselves into a misnamed folder.  We are still investigating this issue.


  1. In Finder, choose Go > Go to Folder

  2. Paste the following in the field: ~/Library/Application Support

  3. Press Go

  4. Check if a folder called unity.Clever Endeavour Games exists.

  5. If that folder exists, copy the contents of that folder and put it in a safe spot as backup.


If a folder called Clever Endeavour Games already exists

  1. Backup the content of the Clever Endeavour Games Folder
  2. Replace the content of the Clever Endeavour Games folder, with the content from the unity.Clever Endeavour Games Folder

  3. Start the game, and check if you have your content back.


If a folder called Clever Endeavour games doesn't exist:


1. Rename the unity.Clever Endeavour Games folder to simply Clever Endeavour Games.

2. Star the game, and check if your content is back.
