You are having an issue with Ultimate Chicken Horse on a computer, and you want to send us your player logs (also called output logs) in your support ticket.


Here are the steps to locate the output log file on your computer:


Windows

  1. Press Windows key + R to open the Run window
  2. Paste in %AppData%\..\LocalLow\Clever Endeavour Games\Ultimate Chicken Horse\Logs
  3. Press Enter
  4. An Explorer window will display all the Ultimate Chicken Horse log files;
  5. Please send all logs with your support ticket or email


Mac

  1. Open a Finder window. Click the "Go" menu. Click "Go to Folder..."

  2. Input the following: /Users/YourUserName/Library/Application Support/Clever Endeavour Games/Ultimate Chicken Horse/Logs

  3. In this folder, find the player log files

  4. Please send all logs with your support ticket or email


Linux

  1. The output logs are located in the file located at ~/.config/unity3d/Clever Endeavour Games/Ultimate Chicken Horse/Logs
  2. Please send all logs with your support ticket or email


Once you have located the file, you can attach it to your support ticket with this form. Do not send it on Discord, Twitter, etc.
