To file a support ticket, use this form and include the following:

  • A description of your problem
  • What platform you are on (PC/Mac/Linux, Steam, Xbox One/X/S, PS4/PS5, Switch)
  • The game version number
  • If you play on a computer, attach your player output logs, especially if you are experiencing online connection issues. 

Make sure to use an email address where we can send you a reply and you will see it.
