When is the mobile version coming out?

We're planning on releasing it in 2025 for iOS and Android.

How much will the mobile version cost?

The mobile version will be free to try and has NO ADS! It also has the option to unlock the full game for a one-time purchase.

Free to try lets you join multiplayer party mode matches, but you cannot host your own games or access the other game modes (challenge, free play, etc.). If you want to host your own games and have access to all the content, you'll need to purchase the full game.

What is the difference between the mobile version and the PC/console version?

Very little difference - the mobile version is the same Ultimate Chicken Horse, now on your phone. 

It was very important to us that the mobile version was the same great game and crossplay compatible. 

The main differences are that you can either play via the free to try mode or purchase the full game, and there is a new mobile control scheme. (However, you can just connect a controller via Bluetooth if you prefer one.) 

Are there ads or in-game currency?

None! 

Can I play it on my iPhone / Android? 

Yes, the game will be on iOS and on Android.

Is there crossplay?

Yes, there is cross-platform support. This means you can play from your phone and play with your friends who are on PC, console, or another phone.

Is there local multiplayer?

No. It's not possible to do local multiplayer / couch co-op in the mobile version. This is because a phone screen is too small for multiple hands/inputs, and you need to be connected to the internet to play together. 

Can I use a controller in the mobile version?

Yes you can. For example, Xbox controllers and PlayStation controllers easily connect to mobile phones via Bluetooth.
