Description
You are meeting the conditions to get Achievements / Trophies, but you're not actually getting them.
Solution
If you have previously used the cheat code to unlock levels, characters and outfits, you will not be able to get some Achievements unless you clear your save data and unlock everything the usual way.
If you never used the cheat code, this issue could be caused by checking the game files for corrupted data.
