To get this Achievement / Trophy, you need to be in an online lobby with at least one remote player, as well as at least one other player with you locally.
To do this, once you are in an online lobby, have the other local player join like they would join a local game, by connecting a controller and pressing the button to join.

It's possible to do this using Steam Remote Play to have multiple "local" players without needing to be in the same physical location.
